In English: We are focusing on renting out apartments in small residential houses.Primarily, we would buy old residential housing and lease it after some renovations and improvement of living conditions.Secondly, we consider building a small, ecologically friendly residential housing for further lease. As a minor activity we will renovate apartments in private sector upon the agreement, but that activity we consider to be involved in two years. We see our mission in increasing the attractiveness of small, ecologically friendly housing located in small towns. Thus, we hope to motivate people to settle outside of big cities which also should boost economical development of the suburb areas."
